The Bakery is always packed. I dont know why. The food is mediocre and the ambiance is just plain. This place improved when it went to "no smoking". The waitresses Ive encountered are very friendly and personable. I think they've worked there a long time. The desserts in the case near the register are delicious. This place is just like Dennys with its American type breakfasts and lunches. Only its cheaper. A lot cheaper. If I were a movie star, I wouldnt be caught dead in there. But Im not, Im just a girl in Fairbanks. And I go there, and I eat there. |

This brings to mind why do we eat at places that serve food we make better at home. The salad was weak, the dishes uncreative and the bakery - unimpressive. |
