Poor Service	Oct 30th, 2005
We arrived at the Storytellers Cafe looking for a wonderful, relaxing meal. Having made priority seating, we were still subjected to an hour wait (why accept reservations when they are not honored). We were refused early entrance, and required to wait until after our time. The front desk staff were disorganized and totally inept. Even the management didn't seem to know how to clear things up.
