Decor, wait staff perfect and treated all guest with the utmost care. The chicken with lemon and capers was superb...others raved about the fish and pasta meals they chose - devine chocolate dessert. I wish I lived closer to this excellent restaurant!! |

We had one of the best meals. We love to come to Cafe Elise , but it is a long drive from Merrillville, Indiana. But it is worth it. We will come back again.A lovely place to have Lunch.We have to try it at night. |

A fine restaurant tucked into a small strip mall just off Ridge Road in Munster, IN. Wide meal selection to even the most discerning palette. A small jewel with just the right amount of ambiance. |

The experience at this cafe was very European in all respects; cannot save enough about the service and the attention was only out done by the food at the preparation .... My wife and son loved it and I look forward to going very shortly!

Cafe Elise was great with my "last minute" request to cater a small holiday gathering - even down to the packaging of all the food to go!!
The food was delicious. The soup -- superb!!!! The tomazzo salad was wonderful. The wine selection was perfect. The entrees were excellent and the desserts: c'est magnifique.
More recently, the salmon mousse tarlets that were prepared for a wedding shower were also fabulous. |
