My wife and I have been ordering delivery and take out for a couple of years. Overall excellent sandwiches and salads - we are loyal customers. We also sometimes stop by on summer weekends and eat there - it easily beats the sub shops. |

I've never actually been in Cafe Kiraz, but they deliver lunch in my area, so they're a godsend in times of tight deadlines or bad weather! Their food is mainly Mediterranean/Middle-Eastern fare, and they do it quite well. I usually fall back to the falafel and hummus wrap (which is enough for two or three meals), but I tried the grilled peach, plum and gorgonzola salad yesterday with the balsamic vinaigrette, and it was yummy. The grilled fruit wasn't as succulent as it would have been if either fruit were in season right now (it's January), but it was still very tasty. Definitely better than what I usually expect from this kind of restaurant...they really seem to have a passion for good food. |
