My family started visiting on the opening week-end. They offered free espresso in an ad and the rest is history. My only regret is moving one hour and 15 minutes away. Less visits but not far enough to keep me away. True family run business and the food spectacular. During the season, Georgio goes hunting for quail, and when it's on the menu, don't pass it up. |

We've been eating here for years. Can't beat the food anywhere. Very nice menu and specials are scrumptious. Desserts are not to be missed...along with a hot cup of cappuccino. We very much enjoy every waitress who serves us. The girls are so pleasant and friendly, beyond words. Giorgio (cook) is super. Just an excellent family-run restaurant. Well worth the wait. All in all, just a fine dining experience. |

This is the best Italian restaurant I have ever been to. It is family owned, and operated, and the waitresses there are very nice. This is actually the only restaurant I have gone to and never had a problem with. They make everything, including the pasta and sauce fresh daily, and every day they have a different soup...also home made. Their soups are awesome - cream of broccoli, cream of asparagus, cream of mushroom - every day is different. The deserts are also awesome. They dont really advertise, because they dont have to. Word of mouth is how most people find out about this place. I went to an Italian restaurant in the North End last week, and the lasagna couldn't even compare to the cafe. Try it! |

We have been going to "the Cafe" for years, and have enjoyed every mouthful. I think between the eight of us we've tried (and loved) every dish on the menu. All of the pasta is homemade; you can actually see them making it through the door to the kitchen. We like to load our garlic toast with parmesan and pepper, yum. Enjoy! |

Excellent food. Always so fresh. Everything is always perfect and the portions are just right. If only they were open all the time and had a bigger place. But well worth the wait. |
