Excellent Food and Atmosphere	Mar 3rd, 2004
The Coffee Bistro is a dingy little coffee shop just off the square. The food is probably the best of its kind to be found in Oxford. Cheap daily specials only increase the appeal. The atmosphere is great; it's not a spotless place, but it is wonderfully comfortable.
