A MUST when in L.V.	Mar 4th, 2005
Spic & Span has been around for a long time and anyone visiting Las Vegas needs to eat there at least once! It's even a popular place with the locals. Great Northern New Mexican fare with excellent handmade tortillas (you can watch them being made). Interesting and subtle decor... handpainted pictures on the walls, even in the bathrooms.
