A real disappointment	Jan 18th, 2004
The service at the Keswick Coffee Shop was unbelievable. Unbelievably terrible, that is. I will never step foot into that building again. The manager/owner of the place was the rudest of them all. Quite frankly, I'm still in shock of how this business is being run, and I won't be surprised when it's shut down.
