Dine there 3 to 4 times a week Jan 4th, 2004
The food is great, and the two chefs -- Dante and Jason make you feel right at home. Best for breakfast is the "Hack Attack" (developed by and named after chef Jason Hackney), and the sourdough toast and bacon -- both breads and meats are specialty items from distributors in Salt Lake City. My favorite for lunch is to just ask Dante to "cook up something." His soups are terrific especially the split pea.
