Tully's in Port Orchard was a diamond in the rough five years ago and today it needs some polishing. Attention needs to be given to the shop where I was distracted by the frayed carpet around the slate entry and the significant absence of curb appeal. Empty cement planters greet customers before the courteous staff has a chance. The food from the pastry case can have a day-old stiffness to it and my complaint was taken with, "That's because that's how they come from the company and they come off the truck at 4:30...I can heat it up for you." It was 9:00 a.m. and that's not a good thing.
