Eggs were underdone, service was almost non-existent, and the portions (?)..well my wife let me have some of her hash browns. We arrived at 8:00 on a Sunday morning and after we FINALLY got the check it was 10:00. |

I tried to have lunch at the Shari's in Silverdale, WA today. I say tried because it never happened. It took the waitress a good 20 min to get to our table to take the order. We sat down at our table at 11:15 and by 12:20 we still had NO food even though we had spoken to the waitress twice. My Mom had an appointment at 1:00 so by 12:30 we flagged down our favorite waitress and told her we had been waiting over an hour for our food and that we couldn't wait any longer and to cancel our order. Then we walked out. This is the fourth time I have been into this Shari's in the past two months and we have had to wait between 45 min to an hour for our food. Twice was with my daughter and three (under 5 yrs) grandkids who were VERY hungry and got rather cranky. As of today I will not go into another Shari's restaurant again. |
